UPDATE: Miley was not in any of the buses traveling in the caravan. The Cyrus Family released the following statement: "We are deeply saddened by the loss of Bill "Uncle Bill" Douglas. Members of our tour are like members of our family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family in the midst of this tragedy. He will truly be missed."
The North Carolina concert Miley Cyrus was traveling to when one of her tour buses crashed, killing the driver, is still set to go on as planned.
TMZ spoke with an employee at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex in Greensboro, NC who tells us they've been flooded with calls asking about Miley's concert on Sunday. At this point, the employee tells us, "The show is going on as scheduled."
As we previously reported, one person was killed when the bus veered off the road in Virgina and crashed onto its side. The bus was part of a four-vehicle caravan, one of which was carrying Miley - though her bus was not involved in the accident.
The ill-fated bus was loaded with several members of Miley's concert lighting team.

"Cocaine" is never free ... neither is Taylor Swift, John Fogerty and the Harper Valley P.T.A. -- this according to the secret agents who claim they caught an Idaho sports bar playing music they hadn't paid for.
As TMZ first reported, BMI -- the enforcers of music royalties -- sent a spy to The Sports Cellar bar in Idaho to see if they were playing music they hadn't paid for the rights to use ... and according to court documents, this is what they heard:
-- Cocaine
-- Amarillo By Morning
-- Harper Valley P.T.A.
-- Long As I Can See the Light ... by John Fogerty
-- She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy
-- Here Without You
-- Should've Said No .. by Taylor Swift
-- I Get It
-- Five Dollar Fine
-- Gotta Get Me Down Home
After the recon mission, BMI, Taylor Swift and several recording artists filed a lawsuit against the bar for copyright infringement.
So why would the secret agents for BMI target little podunk bars? Because they're sending a message to every small joint in the county -- Big Brother is always watching.

Flash mobs usually pay homage to musicians who are no longer with us -- or at least ones who aren't right there -- but the Janet Jackson mob this weekend had a very special guest ... Janet herself!
But it wasn't a coincidence -- it was all to promote Janet's greatest hits album, which comes out Tuesday.
Still cool though.

The company that hawks all things related to Michael Jackson, The Rolling Stones, The Doors, Guns N' Roses, Led Zeppelin and Red Hot Chili Peppers is demanding untold millions from the businesses that are illegally cashing in -- allegedly.
Bravado International Group claims it has the exclusive right to the merchandise of these huge musicians -- dead and alive. Bravado claims Dollar Days International, Alan Shrem and Kennedy-Shrem International are illegally using the names and likenesses of Michael Jackson, Jim Morrison and the other musical luminaries in the sale of shirts, watches, posters, play money and other stuff.
The suit -- filed in federal court in Los Angeles and obtained by TMZ -- makes specific mention of Jackson's most memorable works, including "Thriller" and "Bad."
And speaking of bad, Bravado wants $2 million for each violation.

A rabid male fan crashed the stage at a Jonas Brothers concert the other night in Madrid -- but unlike Britney, who infamously screamed when the same thing happened to her, these guys just kept on playing.
The good stuff -- which includes the dude running in circles from security and ripping his shirt off -- starts at the 1:13 mark.

The Bad Boys from Boston aren't splitting ways after all -- because last night both Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler and guitarist Joe Perry denied the break-up hoopla they helped create.
Steven, who was rumored to have quit the band, put it best: "There's absolutely no validity to rumor that Aerosmith is breaking up, mutha f**ka!"
And there you have it.

Sure, Lady Gaga dons a bunch of crazy outfits and dances her ass off in the new video for "Bad Romance," but what we really care about: The return of Lava, the Great Dane whose son was found dead last month.
As TMZ previously reported, Lava and son Rumpus were featured in Gaga's videos for "Paparazzi," "Love Game" and "Poker Face," but Rumpus died unexpectedly in October after a hike in Los Angeles.
Like a true professional, Lava carried on without her pup ... and managed to pull it together for the 8 second appearance above.
What is Aerosmith without Steven Tyler?Joe Perry and some guys you can't remember the name of.
The unthinkable might be a reality -- Tyler may be on his way out. Joe Perry told the Las Vegas Sun he thinks Tyler has quit, but he isn't really sure.
He says, "Steven quit as far as I can tell ... I don't know anymore than you do about it. I got off the plane two nights ago. I saw online that Steven said that he was going to leave the band. I don't know for how long, indefinitely or whatever. Other than that, I don't know."
Calls to the band were not returned.
